Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Suddenly can't hear phone call on Car?

Hey all! My iPhone 5 originally connected perfectly to the car. Suddenly I can't HEAR the other person speaking when a call comes in or when I make a call.

Yes: the Genesis' microphone control for the iPhone is pushed all the way to the right, to the 5 position; yes the sound on my iPhone is maxed and yes the iPhone is clearly audible when NOT connected to the car ... HELP!

Also - less important - anyone figure out a way to push the microphone button on OTHER APPS on your iPhone e.g. texting or Waze to SPEAK A LINE OF TEXT into the phone WHEN IT'S CONNECTED TO CAR? I find I can't use my voice "writing" on iPhone apps when phone is connected to car.
