Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. I bought mine a couple days ago. Best dealership experience ever. My salesman, is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the features of every car. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me pick the car that was right for me. I never once felt like I was trying to be sold. When I met with the finance agent, he was great too. The alignment was a little off so I brought it in this morning to get it fixed. The service manager is top notch and went out of his way to get the issue resolved, including going over every aspect of the alignment...genuinely interested in making sure it was perfect. Every dealership should be like this one.
