Tesla has finally opened the first Supercharger station that natively supports 800v cars like the GV60. That would be progress, except they won't any non Tesla vehicles to use it. Why am I not surprised?

If I was the project manager in charge of rolling out the new infrastructure, I would definitely limit it to Tesla vehicles for a while until the bugs were worked out. The article says they will eventually open it up to the rest of us

Well, Electrify America, Ionna, EVgo, etc. don't seem to need to restrict a new charger to a particular brand or brands of car. In 2025 this isn't rocket science. Given Tesla's history I'm skeptical that there is a technical reason for this, but who knows, maybe you are right.

I'm also sure that they will eventually open these up to other vehicles. Maybe tomorrow, maybe next week, next year, who knows.
