  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Thank You from HMA

Could be worse...I bought last August...the dealer called me up to ask me how I was enjoying my new 325 BMW!!!!

Hmmm....that's an interesting name for a Genny!

Funny you say that, the caller ID registered with the name BMW when they called me. But they didn't ask about my new BMW!;) I just went back and checked the caller ID to verify. Hyundai and BMW may be using the same agency to do these calls. If so, they aren't doing the best job, are they?

True, but in my case, I attributed it (at least partially) due to the fact that my dealership where I purchased (Grayson Hyundai, Knoxville, TN) also has a nice BMW dealership as well. I wonder if they got their records crossed.

Either way, someone was definitely asleep at the wheel!
