Today, I bought my 2010 Genesis Sedan 4.6 / Tech Package / Sterling Blue / Black Interior from Pugi Hyundai in Downers Grove, IL.. While I got a fantastic deal from Bobby Torres and Dave Novak, it was the experience that this dealership provided, down to earth, honest, and easy to do business with that compelled me to purchase from them. Without any financial commitment from me they ordered one of the few Sterling Blue 4.6's w/tech in the region so I could test drive it. The family and I parked our dusty old Camry and did some Saturday shopping in the Genesis for a test drive a couple weekends ago, that was all it took to convince us this was the right car, time, and dealership. If Hyundai "upscales" their dealerships for the Genesis and Equus they need to make sure they hire guys like these, as well as the finance guy.

I highly recommend that anyone shopping in the Chicagoland area for a Genesis visit Pugi. Pugi was recommended to me by BackToHyundaiByChoice.

Today, I also paid to support this forum (as you can see) because it was this forum that educated me on the Genesis and saved me from making a few mistakes!

I know the dealership "experience" can mean different things to different people, but your description of how you were treated, especially the down-to-earth part, is worth more than all the lattes in the world to me. That, and a service department that does quality work if needed.
