  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

what will/would be your first mod to the Coupe?

i say debadge... with a quickness.

1. Intake (if the MAF can deal with it), Turbo-back exhaust, tune.

2. Coilovers, wheels, tires

The turbo model will use MAP sensors, not a MAF. Good news for tuning.

Debadging the rear will be a little fruitless as the flying H is inset into the trunklid. I did see one person put a set of wings inside the indention.

Aggressive fitting Wheels, Tires and some proper (quality) coilovers with a hard drop.

Then exhaust, and other stuff. The 4B11-T is already a pretty decent engine, and these modifications will give a good opportunity to learn the way the car handles without just bumping up the power like crazy.

and why???

It's a Skittle thing, you wouldn't understand

That's why they invented Bondo

First mod of any non "Track" model should be a Limited Slip Differential !!

Open differetial and this much power = embarassing one-wheel-peel ...what were they thinking ??

TD04 is pretty much like a stock WRX turbo :(

not very happy.

it just hurts to know that the GT30R turbo only made 357hp.

Enough talk about the GT30R. No pictures to support if it was a GT30R or not. The pics showed a Hyundai logo so it was the stock turbo. So unless new pics are shown I call BS on the GT30R

Badges on mine will STAY. For sure. Badge whores are really sad.

ECU Tune, FULL Exhaust, FMIC and an intake.

if you are trying to tell me that the white car on the dyno had a STOCK turbo, i will laugh myself all the way upstairs tonight.

i guess the calendar year it took to spool didn't give it away. and did you hear it when it was under full spool !!?!? like a demon ferociously escaping a human's body.

dude, that IS NOT the stock turbo.
