the ride high button stopped working

My 2012 Equus Ultimate, it only allows me to ride at "normal" stance. when i press the button next to me shifter it keeps saying "normal" and doesn't light up the little indicator light on the button when i depress it to go to the "high" stance. was working fine and now all of sudden it doesn't give me that option

The button only works when stopped in park or neutral and only rides high at speeds under 60 km or 40 mph in case your trying to use it while moving by the way

I'm having the same problem too I didn't drive my car for a week and then when I got back in it it wouldn't raise up and a button is not doing anything the sports button to Manual High button the control button not doing anything

Mine I noticed will not work if SPORT mode is selected I have 2013 Ultimate, works fine in ECO mode

Mine stopped working 3 weeks ago. 2014 Equus. I have 53k, one of the air bags leaking, dealer has had it for 3 weeks now.

I know this is an old thread but does anybody seem to know if there is a fuse that is related to the button on the 2012 Equus that lowers and raises it from Normal to High. Mine is not illuminating. IS this a possible fuse issue? I am also having challenges with the suspension completely. All of a sudden it stopped working after I replaced the master cylinder for my brakes. The mechanic....has no clue about this issue. It has been intermittently working when I turn the car off and restart but never seems to go back all the way up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really don't want to take it to the dealership. It's out of warranty and if this is a simple fix...I would like to find it myself. Thank you in advance.

If you look in the driver’s side fuse box beside the door there’s a fuse that’s held in by a yellow clip. I think it’s yellow but it looks different than all the others. Pull that out (not completely) and plug it back in. I’ve noticed that resolves a lot of electrical issues like stereo system not working, gas distance to empty being incorrect, etc..

Well, it is possible that one of the air shocks is starting to leak air. On my 2014 the leak developed slow, all during which the rise to higher altitude after pushing the button was not responsive. Mine was the left front shock.

the air bag failure starts with the suspension button. you can have it checked for leaks in tube, failing air pump etc but most likely its one of the air bags. I just went through this. Just caught the end of my warranty. its a 5k job
