  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I tried to log on to hyundaicircle.com using my thinktank ID but get an "authentication failed" message. Did I go to the wrong site?
Thanks

You don't even own the car so why do you think Hyundai wants to hear what you think?

Besides... Hyundai officials come to this forum and get all their new ideas from us. Some of us are paid quite well thank you-- The little red dot next to our name tells you who gets paid.

I recall reading there were some log in issues. Perhaps you just hit it at a bad time. If you receive an "invalid credential" message, it is because it takes a few days for your new I.D. to work.

Also, they tell you to use the address, http://www.myhyundaicircle.com. When you do that, it gives you the option of signing up. You need to do that first.

P.S. flyboy2 often confuses humor with rudeness. If you are here a while, you will learn to ignore him.

Hey ! I like flyboy,
He grows on you...especially if you don't ever need help. If you are a newbie, however, coming here for help, he doesn't come across as well. He is definitely NOT the kind of guy people want as a greeter for their business...or this forum.

There are two types of forums on the web. There are the ones that have senior members that are helpful and patient with newbies. Those forums grow and thrive. There are forums that have a small group of members that pat each other on the back and love to be the first to jump on a new guy, to show off their superior intelligence. Those forums wither and die, never growing much past that small group of smart_sses. I prefer the former, because it brings in new and interesting people and viewpoints and I don't need to stroke my own ego by showing off my awesome sense of humor at other's expense.

Thanks, I'll check again on hyundaicircle. I had a HAPP number for a Genesis several months ago but my wife is looking at a Sonata. As for flyboy, I've been on the forum a year longer than he has...and I ignore him.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!

And to think Disaster... I was just about to send you a "friend request"-- :(
