  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Basically what the title says... Thinking about selling the car. Nothing wrong with it, no issues, even the pano roof is silent and problem free. The car is too big for my wife and in NYC traffic eats a lot of gas and sucks in snow. Testing waters though..
Comes with KDM G80 full LED headlights ($1900 value), lowering springs (have OEM springs of course), 20" Niche wheels wrapped in MICHELIN® 69936 - PILOT SPORT A/S 3 PLUS (255/35ZR20 Y) front and (285/30ZR20 Y) rear ($2,401.65 value) Also have brand new OEM wheels and tires. Getting close to 6500 miles. The car was a show room / auto show in Hawaii. We purchased it as CPO in October 2016 with only 50 miles on it! So basically it was a brand new car. Oil was changed at 4000 miles, only HAND wash with Chemical Guys stuff. Exterior and Interior condition is 9/10 (not Craigslist scale).
At this point I'm asking $36,000 OBO with 2 sets of wheels and LED headlights

bump to $35k

Were the headlights plug and play? I've really been wanting some KDM headlights for my 16 genesis, sorry I can't make an offer on the car, I just purchased like 4 months ago

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
i know with the 5L one probably isnt thinking too much about gas consumption....BUT curious what kind of mileage you were getting and what type of gas you're putting in your car.
sorry can't offer, but i guess bump

Mostly yes, if you have straight hands you'll be fine :)

No traffic 13MPG, in traffic 7-8MPG. And NYC is mostly traffic :( The main reason for selling is the size. Wife complains a lot, she wants a small car.

DO you recall what Niche Model wheels these are.. Very nice wheels

He sold it...

I didn't want to buy it I had a question for him

Keep it for weekend trips. Get her a Smart for daily driver.

A Smart is a death trap, even if you hit a bicycle. They aren't that cheap either.

They really should make a Genesis Hybrid. I think that the 3.3L turbo could be paired with a hybrid. The reason why is hybrids are good in city traffic where they can really cut down on fuel consumption.

I saw a headline but lost the article. Hyundai is working on a bunch of electrics so I imagine we'll see one in a couple of years. I'd guess after the G70 and a couple of SUV/CUV are established that would be the next step along with a coupe.

dont want to hijack but im in same boat, '15 base 5.0...10k miles, tint, ark springs, vossen wheels, nitto rubber, no winters, been in rain 3 times, can sit in any showroom. love car to death but just dont need it.
