  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Opinions? I think it's awesome.

I don't think it's necessarily ugly, but not my thing. I also can't stand cars with overly bright lights like that in the interior. They're fatiguing on the eyes at night and distracting.

I actually like it...if it was little dimmer it would be 110% for me.
Have you ever seen the new Lexus GS series? The door panels and around the DIS light up with a white led hue...it is looks awesome!!!!!
But hey I like it though. What else will you do do your interior as far as the light?
Where did you tap into to get power?

Tapped into power on parking sensor switch. Grabbed the lighting hot wire so it's only on with lights. Working on a dimmer but still live the effect at night. Have a few more of these I'm gonna play around with.

I would recommend using a relay just in case. I know the current draw is low but better safe than sorry. Relay and FUSE equals no fire blues! heheheh

Look at this pic..Lexus GS series

Another vote of liking it a lot, but, waaay too bright.

Hey,
I know that this was posted awhile ago, but I was wondering if you remember which pins/wires go to the parking sensor switch? I want to use the switch to run a relay for my low beams... that way if I leave the head light switch to 'ON' I can have the DRL's off and the swoosh LED's on with the low beams switched by the parking sensor switch. I might even install a secondary photoelectric switch so that the low beams still activate automatically in the dark. Thanks!!!
