Hi, All-
This is my first post. I'm shopping for a used car, and the Genesis has caught my eye as offering shockingly good value for money on the used market. Taking a casual glance at car-buying sites, it looks like Genesis models in the 2009-14 MY range not only sell for less than comparable models from MB, BMW, Lexus, Infiniti, Cadillac, but even Buick!
I looking to buy a car in the 2012-2014 MY range, with under 100k on the clock, but I'm willing to consider an older car so long as the miles are under 100k. Are there any MY/trim combinations to avoid. Are well-used Genesis cars smart buys, or are they inexpensive for a reason other than the Hyundai nameplate? Any other shopping advice?
As a point of comparison, I have a 2008 Infiniti M35x with 120000 miles that has been an awesome car since I bought it three years ago @ 70000. Can I expect a similar performance from a well-cared-for Genesis?
