Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. Touch Screen Going Dark Again

The touch screen in my 2010 premium was replaced about 6 months ago cause it was going dark on the right side of the screen. Now the replacement screen seems to be going steadily darker. If I adjust the controls to "full brightness" it is acceptable, but I can't use the automatic dimmer setting or it seems to dark. Is this another screen issue or is there perhaps something wrong with the main "head unit" (is that what it's called)
Can anyone advise me here. The dealer replaced my screen last time with no problem, but I don't want to do it again if that's not the problem.
