I have the 2010 2L T Coupe has 26000 Km on the clock and a couple of weeks ago I was overtaking a truck, usually when I overtake I power up (at about at 100 km) and have to let off the throtte at about 125-130 and cruise back into my lane and resume cruise control. This time I had an SUV behind me overtaking the same truck and at about 120km I lost power because the Traction control cut in. The Suv was up my rear and I had to just wait to clear the truck, much to the SUV shagrin. Usually I would have been accelerating way ahead of anything behind me. The road was dry and level so I tried it again later and the same thing happened, and is still happening. I took it to the dealer and they did a cumputer scan and no errors reported. They don't seem to have a solution so I wondered if anyone else has experienced this. Now when I know I will be passing a slower vehicle I switch off the Traction control and wait for an opening then I can accelerate without any power failure. But this is not an ideal situation now that winter is well established.
