Transferring Primary Driver

I purchased a GV80 two years ago as my primary vehicle and just purchased a GV70EV that will now be my primary vehicle. My wife will be driving the GV80 as her primary vehicle, and we would like to switch the Primary Driver to her. I have not been able to add her as a primary or secondary driver on either vehicle.
