Trip odometers and avg mpg resetting on their own

If the car sits for longer than 24 hours, both trip odometers and avg. MPG reset on their own. No where near the 999 mile limit for reset. Anyone else had this problem in the past? There's something in settings about auto reset but I have it unchecked.

One odometer will reset after four hours.

The other should only reset if you have it set to do so when refueling, otherwise you have to push the wheel to OK it. Do you happen to hold the steering wheel that you accidentally push the button? If not, something else is the problem.
Sounds like this is unchecked and should not happen unless you refuel. If you find nothing else, try checking it and see if it makes a difference. Should not, but you never know.

average fuel economy will be cleared
to zero (----) when the vehicle speed
exceeds 1 mph (1 km/h) after refueling
more than 2 gallons (6 liters).

One is call Driving info, the other is Accumulated info. The drive info resets. This is from the 2018 manual but I'm sure my 2015 was the same

The information is calculated for each

data gets initialized, when it has
passed 4 hours after turning OFF the
engine. In other words, the last driving
information is available 4 hours after
you have turned on the engine.
To manually reset the information,
press and hold the OK button when
viewing the Driving info. The trip distance,
the average fuel economy, and
total driving time will reset simultaneously.

Mine just has trip A and Trip B, pure distance tracking and nothing else. I have 2015 5.0.

My 2016 3.8 has trip A and B too, and it reseted about 2 or 3 times, once it was during my driving. Took it to the dealer but they couldn't find anything wrong.
Every time it happened I had the screen on the page with the instant mpg meter. Now I mostly keep the screen on trip A and it never got reseted anymore.
