Trunk not opening...help me?

Me key fob nor the release switch in the cabin will not operate/open the trunk.

I have to use the key to manualy open the trunk.
I've checked the fuse but it looks good.

I know sometimes a fuse can be bad even though it looks ok.

Anyone got a answer for me?

Look at the switch in the glove box which prevents the trunk from being opened (for valet purposes if you also lock the glove box and take the physical key with you).

Too funny, but I had this issue at the (non-hyundai) dealership that just sold me my Genesis. When they shined it up for me to take delivery, the guy couldn't open the trunk. Brought in two other guys. They couldn't figure it out. The service shop was closed so they told me to bring it back in the morning for fixing and apologized.

Of course when I got it home and broke out the manual I figured out the switch in the glove box was the culprit.
