Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Dealer probably did not reset the interval or set it wrong. Probably was set at 7500 initially.

Where are you seeing this reminder. There seem to be two in car reminders, one in settings and one that seems to be controlled by Genesis over the air. In addition there is a third reminder that comes via email.
a mess of a system. Nothing works together or talks to one another. There is a real trick to resetting the over the air reminder. It is not controlled by the car setting once it’s triggered.

Yup .. my dealer puts a 5,000 reminder sticker on my windshield, the car's reminder is set to 7,500, but the Genesis Connected Services site says 3,750.
