I have seen two types of Navigation screens for the Genesis, one is the tech version and the other is a touch screen.

I have a couple of questions for the owners of the touch screen version.

1) What issues have you had with the Touch Screen version
2) Can you watch movies (if so what file type) I've seen the DVD logo on the upper left of the scren
3) How is the audio streaming
4) Can you change the view of the navigation ( looking down or horizon view)

And if your happy with the touch screen version and if not what about it that you don't like.

You can watch video only if the car is in 'park'.
3) How is the audio streaming
4) Can you change the view of the navigation ( looking down or horizon view)

I like the touch screen better than the DIS system.

Can you tell me what file formats you can use or is it only DVD? Can you use the usb drive.

Also can you change the perspective of the navigation view

The manual says "DVD" in either NTSC or PAL format so I assume it is DVD only.

I'm a mac user so I can't login. Can someone tell me if you are able to stream audio via Pandora or any internet based iphone app. I know that you can stream what's on your iphone but I didn't try streaming Pandora or something else.

You can stream from pandora, or any internet radio app or program from your i-phone.

You cannot stream You Tube, however.

I'm wondering, since I have the VIM kit installed, perhaps it might be possible to stream YouTube or Netflix....LOL..
