unable to play just one album

For some reason I cannot play any complete album I downloaded from a USB. It will play one song, from the 20 albums downloaded, then go on to the next album and so on. I have tried every setting but can't seem to find the right combinations. Somehow I hit on the solution weeks ago but can't remember what I did. Any suggestions. Dealer has no idea how anything works.

Instead of searching for the song try first searching for the album. Then play the first song.

That's exactly what i did, sat in the car the morning for about an hour and finally remembered the setting. thx anyway Mcc.
