Hey this is my first post here,
I bought a 2019 G70 3.3 in Manchester NH on 8/13/22 however I live in the Boston MA area. Originally they told me it would take till the end of the following week for me to pick up the car because they needed to register it in MA. It took them till 8/18/22 to even send a runner to the MA RMV and they said it would take 2-5 business days to get the car registered. After 5 business days on the the 24th they said the registration didn't go through because they need the title to register in MA and they didn't send it with the paperwork because they don't have it. The car was a bought out lease traded in for a GV70 however the previous owner refinanced prior to trading it in and the bank had the title. Now they're trying to track down the title and the guidance since the 24th was "sorry we don't know when your car will be ready and we don't know when we will know that either". I threatened to back out of the deal and the sales guy acted like they'd be okay with that. After reaching a sales manager today they offered me a Genesis loaner until my car will be ready. I plan to accept the loaner offer but I'd really rather have the car I bought obviously. Not exactly getting off on the right foot but I've heard this is common. Anything I should know about a Genesis loaner vehicle?
