What’s going on with used Manual Transmission G70’s I’ve been thinking of buying a third car. Went to AutoTrader to see what was available, any distance from my Central Florida location. Found six. Remember, any distance, Manual Transmission.

Found two in Georgia, and four in South Florida. Nothing else listed for used, anywhere else in the country. Mileages ranged from 30 to 12000.

I guess those of us in South Florida, and Georgia got tired of shifting.

I see that several of those are located at Rick Case Hyundai. Case seems to have quite a few G70s in its inventory. Could some of the 2019s be categorized as used but, in fact, are actually new? I wonder why Case has so many G70s relative to other dealers.

The take rate of manuals is 5% from what I read. They are always going to be pretty rare. I'm in the market for a new manual and there is only one in the state of MA and a total of 9 within 250 miles of me.

^ yup. it's a combo of low take rate, first year of production, and the fact that manual enthusiasts tend to hold on to their vehicles. i wouldn't expect a glut of used 6MT supply for a couple years.
