  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Looks like a new map/software update is on the table for November.

And, in case you aren't aware of generations and years here's this...

I believe I may have already just received this update on my GV60.

I hope it will get rid of this picture of a city that never changes, gets back my connectivity to weather, and allows me to create my own home screen split three ways like before. Including adding climate control to the home screen. I wish I never updated from the original for my car. 2020 Ultimate G90

I can't figure out where on the website to download the latest version, could someone link?

Just installed it, too. Both GV80 and G70. No problems.

Only noticed one change so far. In the past it could not do proper abbreviations.
Road named Oak Dr. was pronounced "Oak Doctor" finally is says Oak Drive.

I also just checked the door locking/unlocking performance hoping it has been improved. It seems pretty good but a little early to tell. Both (GV80 and G70) have had their little glitches occasionally. We’ll see.

How do people usually install these updates? I'm installing mine now and it's been 30 minutes with the engine on idling and only 50% through. Should I get a battery tender in the future so that I can install these updates in ignition on mode without burning all of the gas?

I take a ride. Took 23 minutes and 13 miles. Your model may have more to update though.

You don't have the radio or the camera but you can still go through the drive up window for a coffee.

My last update was over an hour with the vehicle running. If anyone had their weather stop working, can you post if this update fixed it?

Just got mine installed. Already found a bug, a pretty big one in my opinion. The option to change the Lexicon sound processing from Audience, On Stage, or Reference is missing from my menu. Specifically, I can't change it when I am using Apple CarPlay. All other sources, I can just change it by clicking the icon. Anyone else have this issue? Seems like they need to fix this ASAP.IMG_4321 Medium.webp

Has anyone ever tried to revert to an older version? Missing a pretty big feature here that I can't figure out a fix for.

You can still change the Sound System settings using this button on the top bar of the display.
