I purchased my 2023 GV70 in October of 2022, and I need to do 8K maintenance, but I have issues to schedule a valet service with the local dealership. I has it scheduled twice already but both times they changed it to the driver in the very last hour. Does anyone else has this issue? I already contacted Genesis, but they haven’t resolved it yet.

Varies by dealer. some good, many not so good. Got worse with the pandemic with shortage of cars and drivers. No easy answer.
Many have j ust gone t the dealer and got a loaner or just waited for the service. There are a few smentions of it here if you do some searching.

There certainly is plenty of mention of it. If it is all consolidated, it may be easier to bring attention to Genesis corporate so they know of the owner's frustration. Would be good to mention deler names both good and bad.

That said, will members, especially new ones, know to seardh for it?

Thank you for the reply. I already brought it to the corporate attention, and I would like some guidance on how to search for an existing forums.
 
Valet is a cool idea on paper. Successful implementation is another story. There are a lot of moving parts at the ground level which require a lot of logistics and added costs, such as staff and loaner vehicles. Pair that with weak dealer and manufacturer support and here we are. If you can get it, great, but don't be surprised if you don't or if it is not to your expectations.
