Vehicle system version

For the longest time my car is greeting me with the Update Unsuccessful message. Took it to the dealer twice and they say everything is normal, no error codes, etc.
The car (2024 GV60 Advanced) is running system 23.x since April 2025. I am pretty sure that the current one is 24.x. Correct?
Today I brought the car to another dealer and got basically the same story… I asked them to manually install system 24 and they were giving me the run around.
Is there a resource document that I can show them to prove that 24.x is the latest vehicle system?
What am I suppose to do with the modem problem that neither dealer can resolve?

I was having this issue and called Genesis directly (think it was option 4-connected services?) and they helped me
