  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I'm not that familiar with Vehix prices. Do they list what the dealer is offering a car for, invoice or what a dealer paid for it?

Here is a Hyundai Genesis Coupe listed in my area.

I'm thinking of getting a Genesis Coupe over the next few months, and obviously don't want to pay too much. I'm self employed, so I may look into what leasing looks like as well, and how much I could honestly write off.

I'll be closely watching the thread where people list what they paid for the car.

Fairfax Hyundai is great, they gave me $500 under invoice for my Track. So that price is likely the asking price, when I was there 2 weeks ago they had 6 Coupes, seems like they make their $ on volume.

EDIT: My Salesman was Don Barker, great guy. If you end up going there defiantly ask for him.

Also here are the invoice and MSRP prices

"Price:

2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe:
2.0T, manual: listed retail price: $22,000, invoice price: $20,930
2.0T, automatic: listed retail price: $23,250, invoice price: $22,106
2.0T Premium, manual: listed retail price: $24,250, invoice price: $23,046
2.0T Premium, automatic: listed retail price: $25,500, invoice price: $24,220
2.0T Track, manual: listed retail price: $26,750, invoice price: $25,396
R Spec: listed retail price: $23,750, invoice price: not yet available
3.8, manual: listed retail price: $25,000, invoice price: $23,500
3.8, automatic: listed retail price: $26,500, invoice price: $24,895
3.8 Grand Touring, manual: listed retail price: $27,500, invoice price: $25,825
3.8 Grand Touring, automatic: listed retail price: $29,000, invoice price: $27,220
3.8 Track, manual: listed retail price: $29,500, invoice price: $27,685
3.8 Track, automatic: listed retail price: $31,000, invoice price: $29,080"

At $20,357 they would be asking $573 under invoice.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Is that price on Vehix with or without the $750 destination charge? I assume without it.

And did you pay $500 under invoice with or without the destination charge?

Thanks for the advice.

$500 under including destination, I was 25,000 + Doc Fee + Acquisition Fee for lease + Tax.

That Vehix price is probably without destination.

If you call and talk to Don, mention you talked to Aaron from New Jersey. He didn't play any games with me so I'm sure he would give you a strait answer.

Just remember, Vehix only shows the inventory of dealers who subscribe to their service. It also relies on dealers to update their information.

Yeah, I thought so. Vehix does not have single unit of coupe within 200 miles from where I live in southern california. Heck I have seen dosen of coupes within 20 miles.

I notice the northeast is giving Gen coupes away. Here in Texas the are between 875 and 1200 over msrp. I'm from NY and am going in October. Would I be double taxed for buying out of state? And how would I get registration done if so?
