Hey all,
Wondering if anyone else had their VIN pull up the RWD model instead of AWD?
I found out as I was transferring insurance to my new car. The insurance company checked with carfax, sure enough the car was incorrectly coded by Hyundai and those two show the same thing. Had to email my window sticker in to prove which model I have.
I was kind of surprised my insurance went up a tiny bit given all the safety features this car has versus my 2012 3.8 Premium. Now in a 3.8 AWD w/Tech package. I understand it's more expensive to start with, but that should be counterbalanced somewhat (or entirely) with the safety features capable of avoiding accidents entirely. Which is obviously a lot cheaper. And less painful
