Just spent a few minutes to redo the vinyl wrap. Took off the matte black and did the gloss black. Looks much better. BTW - the vinyl I purchased from the above link (Ebay) is pretty terrible compared to the other wrap I purchases from my film supplier. The wrap gets marred very easily and not is as durable and is actually more difficult to stretch. I don't like it, but I'll use it since I have it:)

I'll challenge that. I think it looks good. The vinyl from ebay is VERY easy to stretch with a little heat. I also do not find it easy to mar...it is in my grille after all. Maybe you got a bad roll.

Were you heat stretching it or cold stretching...?

The film from my supplier easily stretched without any heat for this application and had a more scratch/marr resistant finish. I will have to double check what brand my supplier sells. I didn't get a bad roll, but I have been working with film for 12 years and I didn't expect to get a great vinyl film from Ebay, but I wanted to see how it was. Glad I did. I think it looks good, but it's like working with a very difficult window film vs a crappy "B" grade film. Crappy film is hard to heat shrink properly especially without damaging it.

Quick question...did you take the protective film off of the front of the vinyl?

There are three layers when you get that vinyl, the top protective film, the vinyl itself, then the protective backing. Some people forget to remove the top film.

I found this vinyl really easy to stretch with very little heat. IMHO, I would not trust a cold stretched vinyl.

Yup, took the clear liner off the vinyl.
