  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Pulled my jeans out of the washer and they felt a little heavy. Felt around and found my wallet in the back pocket....Oops. It took a second or two but I finally realized that if I left my wallet in the jeans..........Maybe I also left the.........damn....key fob in the front pocket. I took it upstairs and opened it up, as if I was going to change the battery. I blew all the water off wherever I found it, and left it open all night. I guess that the Genesis gods were happy with me, because when I snapped it together, it worked like new. I guess the secret is to get all the water out of the insides and to let it air dry completely.

I have accidently washed mine twice, with no problems. I always made sure it dried out before I used it again.
