Weird sound

When I turn on the car I hear a weird buzzing sound i don't know if it's from the engine or the back but it sounds like it's an electrical problem but I'm not sure I asked the guy I bought it from he said that s how the turbo sounds but I'm not so sure but then again I've never had a car with a turbo in it

I also hear the same sound when I accelerate after the car is at a full stop

i think its the belts running.
