Me, I have simple desires: I'd love to have a front license plate with the Genesis logo in the distinctive modified-Optima font that Hyundai is using for the vehicle's name.

So far 8 out of 11 prefer the Genesis wing badge(s) - 73%. I can see why the rumor of badging the V8 was popular!

Interestingly the #2 preferred option is all-weather mats. Any vendors listening?

Results are skewed because I messed up. I would have chosen f/r badges and center wheel caps but I already have them so I didn't select... Sounds like everyone wants the winged badges.

I have been searching for a place to order a dash cover, always had one for my previous vehicles, great protection from the sun. Also would love the f/t badges and must have all weather carpet mats. Just joined the forum-love my new Genesis-was told I was the 2nd one to buy one in Calif. What fun it is to have people look at it whiling driving it-trying to figure out the maker. Having fun in our Genesis!

I see branded carpet mats are on the list. Am I the only one who received them with the car?

What I really need is a trunk liner with a lip around the edge. We are divers and constantly throwing soaking wet (salt water) dive gear in the trunk. The sales guy said he would give me one when they become available. Mean while I have had to line the trunk with a sheet of plastic which is hopefully a temporary solution.

My car also has car mats with Genesis on them, but some people like to add an extra mat to protect the original equipment (I know that is sort of oxymoronic). I have a rubber mat on the drivers side. Irks me when a passenger dirties the other mats

You are not alone, it too bothers me when my passengers get the floor mats dirty, oh yes that is why we have them, but I am a little anele and wanted to make sure my orignal mats stay in prime condition, so right away was looking for, primarly the all weather mats for the winter to protect my "Genesis branded mats", call it "oxymoron".

I wouldn't want any accessories. If I buy a Genesis Coupe, it'll be the lightweight turbo 4 that I've heard rumors of and I woudn't want any accessories as I would plan to mod the car anyways. So just a stripped down lightweight version of the mitsu turbo 4 would make me happy.

Automatic door unlocking and ignition using a fob transmitter (When you approach the car, it unlocks; when you touch the gear-selector knob, it starts.)

LOL. I just got my wife the Genesis this past Sunday and I had the opportunity to drive it to work this mornig. A couple in a brand spanking new BMW 750 kept driving in front of me me and to the back trying to figure out what the heck I was driving. I seriously thought they were going to get into an accident.

Get a Hexomat (http://www.hexomatsfloormats.com/). I've been using them for years (floor and trunk) and they are great. They hold a ton of water or whatever mess you have to offer and they look good.

They are factory mats, look nice and were received in the nick of time for the recent snow/ice fiasco that recently punched Seattle in the face.

Thanks to the gas guzzling Suburban, we were able to spare the Genesis the slings and arrows of driving in the snow and ice which was accompanied by de-icing brine, sand and morons who need inclement weather endorsments on their driver's licenses.
