Do you guys prefer solid white cars, mettalic white cars, or perl white cars?

Solid white...... but very hard to find
The trend seems to be pearl white by many car mfg.

None of the above. Color is a personal preference and I would not buy a white car in anyone of the 3 shades/tones. Obviously others like them as there are the most popular "colors" in the US.
