What does this icon mean?

My 2012 4.6 has an icon that showed up about a month ago. It's located to the right of the bluetooth icon in the lower information bar. I'll try to describe what it looks like: there is an upright rectangle with three dashes inside it, then there is an image of a speaker with an X through it. It appears the icon is telling me there is a speaker, or set of speakers that are turned off. However, I am unable to find any speaker that is not working and the sound is as good as ever. My balance and faders are correct and working, treble mid and bass work correctly. I'm asking because I truly hate going to my service department, my confidence on their abilities is at an all time low.

Sounds like you have turned off/muted the nice woman's voice who verbally gives you directions on the NAV.

You accidentally muted the sound for the NAV system. I've done it twice without realizing it. Go into the NAV settings and you be unable to unmute the sound.

Yep, the Nav was muted. I couldn't find the icon anywhere in the "2nd book of Genesis."
