What is the moving blue light bar on the home screen?

I bought my GV70 a week ago today. On my home screen there is a moving blue bar of light that goes back and forth on the lower left hand side of the home screen. It is so distracting. Does anyone know what this is? I can't find anything about it and it really distracts me when I'm driving. Thank you for your help!

It's god trying to distract you so you crash. He would hate that scamming POS if he was real.

Neither is mine, but I don't see what that really has to do with the commentary from DKnMP suggesting that Genesis PVB should crash their vehicle since they are listening to Joel Osteen.
