What model year has a "GEN 3 and newer head unit"?

So what model year Genesis has the "3rd gen" head unit?

I have a 2015 touch screen head unit so wondering if I'll get the new 15.5 update?

Dunno - but it seems pretty comprehensive... Looks like the GUI is being updated with new graphics as well. Installation time is 60mins.

They list the Ultimate Jog Dial as "Premium Class - Gen 2" not sure what the 3 is about.

Here's a list of the different head unit models on the 2015 (scroll down towards the bottom of the page): Notice | Official Hyundai Motors Navigation Update Website

The website says the update will be available on November 8 for my car (premium-class gen 2). The website also says that updates will be available November 1, 8, or 15. I suspect that you will get the update, and at most will need to wait a couple of weeks.
