Whats missing in the acceleator pedal

I got my car today and i think something is missing around the acclerator pedal . Maybe a small plastic cap over the nut .

Oh , it must have been carelessness of the technitian. They always forget something of the other.

How will i find that little plastic cap now.

Interesting, I also noticed mine was missing the other day and just assumed this was a oversight in production. Obviously before I purchased the car, work was performed on the accelerator.
