  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Has anyone use wheel adapters ? I have a set of rims that was on my Jag an I would like to put on my Sedan . I know the offset is different. The rims I want to put on are 18 x8 an genesis has 17x8.

Also, there is some wiggle room in that offset. It does not need to be exactly 38mm. The problem you will run into is that Jag never used a 5X114.5 bolt pattern, and who knows if the center bore will work. Next issue is that I highly doubt Jag, being rear wheel drive vehicles, have a really high offset, so by the time you get proper bolt on spacer/adapters, you're pushed way too far out.
