When are Magmas arriviing?

I had an unfortunate accident t last night and my GV60 performance is no longer. I wanted. To grab a Magma which theey initially said 4th qr which next month is end of 4th qr and still hasn't even been released to see finally specs let alone start shipping. Having one car iss doable but is going to get old fast. Anyone offer any insight? TIA

I was just at our very nice new Genesis dedicated dealer and here’s what I heard from the sales team/manager. All GV60 production in Korea has been suspended without any potential dates for start-up. Getting a 2026 to spec (only one on the lot and it was a STD model) or special order is not possible at this time. Additionally, when I asked about the Magma last time, I was told by the manager that all GV60 Magma units have been pre-sold and not likely to be had in the North America market.

This was sad news on 2 accounts. 1, that GV60 sales have tanked (so said several staffers there), 2, these amazing EVs may die on the vine (parts/service?). Crazy times for EV owners and potential purchasers.

Europeans make fun of us for our large cars (unfairly because we have wider straighter roads than they do) but some of us actually prefer a smaller vehicle like the GV60P or Magma (like me). But, unfortunately, there are not enough of us to support the manufacturing of the cars. Maybe this will show up instead:

You probably realized this, but that video is AI generated. The charge port is in the wrong place (and there is no charge port on the side where it belongs), there is no tow bar (the trailer is just kind of floating behind the car) and Tesla's won't charge while driving. Other than that, hilarious.

The latest from KCB is the Magma will "make its grand debut" on November 20th.

That's the first day of the LA Auto Show, actually the 20th is media day, so they are probably having an event there.

Big bummer, sorry. No info on Magma, but my local Toyota dealer will do mid length (monthly) rentals for a lot less than Hertz, etc.. Not sure if any Genesis dealers are equipped to do something like that, but if you plopped down an advanced deposit on a Magma, I would ask them for a cheepy rental deal out of their trade in inventory going to auction until they deliver your baby....

Not a bad idea. I guess the 20th is launch day, just a few days away. Unsure how long ill have too wait beforre they arrive maybe a month? Hopefully before the holiday but definitely will ask my salesman about above. I dont mind paying out of pocket for a rental if I have to but so far we haave been surviving ok.
