Wondering how many here are going jump to the new G90? Of course, another option is hold your fire and maybe pick up a 16 at a bargain basement price.
The new Genesis is going to be the G80. The G90 is a replacement for the Equus, and much more expensive than the Genesis/G80.Wondering how many here are going jump to the new G90? Of course, another option is hold your fire and maybe pick up a 16 at a bargain basement price.

The G80 is expected to be very similar to the 2016 Genesis.
Well, excuse my ignorance. I thought my post was directed to current Equus owners.
My mistake, as I did not notice you posted in the Equus section.Well, excuse my ignorance. I thought my post was directed to current Equus owners.

Based on information I saw on www.Hyundailistens.com the G90 price will start in the mid $60's. So one can probably get a 2014-2015 Hyundai Equus plus a small SUV for the price of 2017 G90.Good grief, what will it take to move that new 2014 Equus sitting in Indiana. I spent several weeks on the Florida gulf coast this winter, and while not super plentiful, I did see 4 equus in Naples and two K900 in Lake Placid. Here in PA, I have never seen an Equus on the road. I figured the lack of all wheel drive and selling dealers was the problem. I'm going to wait and see how the G80-G90 rebranding goes.
Don't currently own an Eq - but a G2, and you better believe I am waiting anxiously for the G90. There will be a CPO in my not too distant future.![]()
