Will the KDM Warehouse 2021+ G80 armrest covers fit a Gen 2 (2015) Genesis?

Would these fit a Gen 2 (2015) Genesis? This is the one "discomfort" I have and wish the center console was more cushioned. I have the grey premium leather interior, but could live with a black armrest if it is comfy!

The 2021 G80 is a completely different car compared to the 2015.

have you tried these on your genesis? What makes them not fit? Im just curious. I have a bad leather issue on my console and was looking to cover it up with these. Way cheaper than buying a whole armrest/storage compartment. The difference cannot be that off in my opinion.

It's not a huge difference but size and shape are different enough where it won't fit right. It may be possible to do some manipulating to make it work, but you could end up losing money (the armrest) by trying. I think a custom solution will be the better option. Maybe finding some material and cutting it to make it work perfectly.

Have you decided what to do? I'm in the exact same position, 2018 g80 sport with crappy padding. I may try the 21+ g80 cover and manipulate it, or take it to an upholstery shop to get it fitted to mine. Custom is too much work imo
