Window TINT

Hey. Wondering who has TINTED their windows. Considering for G70 3.3 sport in Siberian Ice. If anyone has pics to post would be very appreciative. In Canada and car will be stored in garage so this is purely for cosmetics.

Oh 25% front and 10% back, tinted by the dealer.

So the car will never be driven or driven out in the hot sun (main point of tint, to block heat) ever?

Tint is also great for privacy! I always cringe when I see people with no tint, like they are on display for the world

First post. I just picked up my '21 G70 3.3T 2 weeks ago and the tint shop was the first place we went. 5% all the way around.

It's not so bad. Poorly lit areas are challenging, but the windows go down

I can post better pictures in the sunlight. Mine was done at the dealership and legal limit for Georgia.

Agree. Night driving with stuff this dark is both dangerous and potentially reckless. I know in our city, you will get a ticket if a cop sees you in tint that dark that they can't see the driver.

20-25% Done by the dealer. Not sure what exactly they put on but it close to my other cars with 15 and 25%

as for 5%, you get used to it. I had 0% on an old truck and unless you were in a dark alley or parking lot, not too bad. Worst case, you rolled the window down when backing up.

While I was out to lunch today a cop motioned me to put my window down, so I did. He wanted to tell me my car "looks awesome" with no mention of the tint. To each their own.

normal conditions, youre fine. extremely dark areas, might need to roll it down.

in the 7 years i had that truck, never had an issue not being safe
