  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Anybody know where I can get window vent shades for the Genesis Coupe?

No shit, these would be handy getting in and out when raining as well as being able to crack a window for ventilation on cold or wet days..........

Look at the Weathertech website.
Have you? When you put in 2010, Hyundai, Genesis.........you get squat & Genesis COUPE isn't even in their list but thanks for the super obvious first place to check tho...............

No Lund, no Autoventshade......what other brands did I miss?

Yeah, real simple.......right up until you put in the word COUPE or want a 2 piece set instead of 4 piece. I do not want visors for a sedan. My car has 2 doors. No site I have found, nor any that were provided in the links above, all of which I've been to BTW, have 2 piece or say specifically for coupe or have picture of them on a coupe. If you can put up a link that goes to coupe visors instead of a sedan, that'd be appreciated. I've been lookin off and on ever since pickin up this car because of how the window goes down and up getting in and out of car in wet weather.

completely with the others on this topic. I have been searching for these for my coupe since last winter. I have done computer searches on all google, yahoo, ect browsers. No hits at all. Even ebay is bare. I was wondering if maybe they made some kind of universal ones for a two door coupe that may interchange though without having them right in front of me to see if the shape and style would match up before purchasing a random set of such. I have no even starting point.

I don't want tape-on, in channel or none for me.

How do you figure that to work? I wouldn't mind having the window shades myself, but the doors on the Gen Coupe have no channel to fit the shade into above the glass. The Coupe is a hard top! The only place you would be able to install them would have to be high enough to open the door glass beneath them. Would like kind of funny don't you think? Maybe this is why there are none listed anywhere?

Maybe I just need to be educated on how window shades fit on a hard top. Please enlighten me :)

Yep, they no workie because there is no window frame that opens with the door. Tape on wouldn't work either. Moved on...........my truck and car are both hardtops too but difference being that the door frames go all the way around the glass and open with the door.
