Me too. When I drive over 100 kmph (60mph) on a windy highway I absolutely hear more wind than road noise. It's 50x quieter than when I open the window, but I'm curious if pushing the air flow 1-2 inches away from the window edge would make a difference.

One test to show how wind deflection matters: Open the sun roof. On the 2015 at least, there is a deflector that pops up. Have a passenger push down on the deflector (I can't condone the driver doing this ) and you can hear a dramatic difference in sound from the wind.

The question I have is does it make a difference with the windows closed, since I drive this way 95% of the time.

I like the smoked look with the chrome trim but has anyone been able to find the "all" chrome rain guards? Thanks in advance!

Yeah that's what I'm wondering too. Right now the weakest points are windows for me but I can't put double pane windows so this could potentially help.
