My 2010 Genesis 4.6 was recently vandalised. Egged by kids, driver's side windshield wiper removed (really?), and my tire punctured. Well I replaced the blade. Two days later I start to see a crack in the windshield. I go to a respected vehicle glass replacement company and get it replaced. This was a week ago.
Yesterday I see a another crack in a different area. This crack is on the inside of the windshield only. Today I see another crack forming in a different area. They are coming to replace it later today. Could this have just been a shoddy installation of the new glass, or could it be a structural defect in the vehicle causing this?
