Winter tire/wheel setup question

I know there are multiple threads out there dealing with the winter tire/wheel setup question, but I have a specific question related to trying to configure a wheel/tire setup on the TireRack.com website. Typically, Tire Rack does a great job recommending snow wheel/tire setups for a specific vehicle configuration, however, when I enter the EV GV70, I get this message: "Due to the unique technical aspects of this application, we can only accept orders for Winter / Snow Tire & Wheel Packages for your 2024 Genesis GV70 Electrified over the phone. Please call 888-541-1777 to speak with one of our sales specialists. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

Does anyone understand the unique technical aspect relate to the Electrified GV70 and a winter wheel setup?

I just want to know what winter wheel size / tire size combo would work for this vehicle, safely.

Not sure but I would guess it's due to the significant weight increase of the Electrified model...it needs special consideration. Although, they should have standard recommendations for them anyway I would think...

Would love to know what it is a human over the phone is doing which cannot be converted to a hierarchy of needs tree on the website?! Like... are they going to ask you how your car feels about a particular brand of tire, its personality or preferences?
