Wiper delays

I have a 2011 4.6 L sedan that I purchased recently and my wiper delay does not work?? I have wipers on full time or rapid wipers but I cannot do a wiper delay. I was wondering if anybody had any ideas towards what might be the error/problem

Might be a failing relay or fuse.

Check the WIPER fuse in the engine compartment fuse box. If you have a rain sensor on the windshield behind the mirror (not sure if the 2011 4.6 had this feature?) then check the AQS fuse in the same box. Also check fuse ECM in the interior fuse box.
