  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Anyone have any ideas?

I can get my new iPhone 13 Pro Max set up and working with wireless CarPlay to my headunit, but every time I start the car again, it says there is no device, and I have clear everything out and setup all over again. It does work if I plug in the USB, but the wireless connection is forgotten with each starter of the car.

(was working with my 12 Pro Max on iOS 15 last week, so assume it’s something with the new phone?)

We occasionally see this posted on the forum. I don't recall what, or if there is a fix.

Is your radio firmware up to date? Same with phone? I'm guessing it's some sort of new security setting in the phone. Maybe go through the Bluetooth settings and see if you can toggle some options.

Not much help here, just trying to spur some thought.

Wireless Apple CarPlay??? I thought there was no support for WIRELESS CarPlay on any Genesis models as of yet. Only wired using USB. I have a 2022 G80 and surely, I do not have wireless CarPlay.

Or do you mean just regular Bluetooth connection to your phone? 2 totally different things.
