  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I have a 2013 Equus Signature that I've owned for >1 month. What products are you using to clean and / or detail the wood trim?

Basically it is a lacquer-like finish, probably polyurethane. Use a non-abrasive furniture polish - like Pledge. The key is no abrasives.

We have flooring that is Brazilian hardwood in high traffic areas of our home. The installer used “Bona” hardwood floor cleaner after the installation to clean n shine the floor. He told my wife that Bona is what he recommends to clean n shine the floor. We have found that it really works well n is easy to use, so I would think this product will also work well on the wood trim in ur Equus.
It can be found in almost any store. I purchase ours in Wally World.

Thanks for the suggestions. I recently tried some paste wood polish that has kept the smudges and dirt away from the trim.
