Default Driver's power seat tilt issue...

Hey everybody. Did some searching around and I'm having a little trouble finding some answers so I thought I'd ask here. I have a 2009 Gen 1 Genesis 4.6L. A few months ago, the power tilt function for the driver's seat failed. My wife doesn't use it as much as I do when I drive the car so I usually need to raise the front portion of the seat up for comfort. Otherwise, I'm tilted forward into the wheel and it's really uncomfortable. It became intermittently functional and then quit altogether. We checked with a dealer and they told us it was the switch but to replace it would require an entire seat rack replacement ($1500). Anyone else had an issue with this and what did you do to solve it?

    Thanks in advance...

I recall a number of other people reporting similar problems on this forum. I don't recall if they said the entire seat had to be replaced, but most of the ones I remember had it fixed under warranty. I would try another Hyundai dealer and get another quote.
