Well, I don't pick it up for another 2 days while waiting for windows to be tinted, but the deal is done.
Traded my 2015 3.8 Empire State Gray with all 3 packages against it, so I can't really tell you the exact amount that I paid.

    Here's the short story....
I went to the dealer with my sister and the 2013 Sonata SE I sold her to have it detailed. It turned out to be the most
    expensive detail ever.
While walking around, I spotted a white Sport sitting outside and asked my usual salesman (this is the 4th Hyundai I have
bought from this dealer) if I could take it out for a spin. I've owned tons of cars, but never a TURBO. He said to get on it,
and I did. The power was amazing, and the speedo read 90 in no time at all.
Upon our return to the dealership, I asked what colors they come in. He mentioned Polar Ice and I said I'd like to see it.
I fell in love at first sight. That, along with the test drive did me in. I was NOT looking to buy a new car. After all, my
14 month old 3.8 Genny has only 2,500 miles on her. I already had a new car.
I spoke to the sales manager, who gave me a price on my trade and how much it would cost me out of pocket. I said
to give me your lowest price. After talking with my sister a while, I went back to him and undercut his price with an
offer of $1,200 less, and he accepted. These things just rolled off the truck. My salesman was amazed I got the deal I did.
I felt very good at the price I paid, now just waiting for tinting on Thursday.
Of course, all dealer stickers will be removed.

Snapped a few pics today for all to enjoy.

Looks great - congrats! How much did you have to pay out of pocket after the trade in?

Congrats, neat color. I've not seen one in person but it looks pretty cool. You will like the sport I drove one today and almost did what you did with my '15.....

So ya got 2500 miles and 14 months out of the 2015. Bet that 20 yr/200,000 mile warranty sticker in the windows won't get seriously tested

Like the color. What color is the interior?

    Congratulations.

Congrats, Alan! Dealers love folks like you who don't know, or care, what they pay for impulse purchases. I know what you mean about the lure of a turbo. I feel the same way about my turbo Santa Fe Sport. 0-45 mph it's probably faster than my Genesis. Because of that, I drive it more, around town, than I do my Genesis. The Genesis, however, still rules the highway.

Don't know. Didn't even look at it once I saw "mine".

I actually bought my Genny at an out of state dealer that was offering employee pricing at the time, while my dealer was not.
I got my Genny for $12k under sticker in March of 2016. In reality, how many people will keep their cars 20 years... it's a gimmick.

Only comes with black interior, so no picking.

I like the Michelins on my Genny and wish they had them on my new ride, but that's not an option.
FYI... rear tires are larger than the fronts. That's not good if you want to rotate them. You can only go side to side.

On another note: I was kind of surprised at the msrp. It has the same options that my Genny had (all 3 packages back then), and msrp has
gone up over $6k in 3 model years. I understand the engine probably accounts for most of that increase, and larger wheels, but otherwise pretty much the same car.
New grille sure makes the front look much nicer. And boy, those wheels!

Congrats, saw one in the same color the other day, very nice. Looks like that was Rick Case Hyundai where you got it? I got my 5.0 from there back in Feb 16.
