Sun reflection on navigation display

I am sure that others have found that the navigation display is often washed out by sunlight during the day. I used some black cardboard to build a shield around the display, but it is a shame I have to do this on a new car. My solution does the job fairly well, but it looks like junk.

There would be a market for a nice-looking plastic shield that would do the job. Does anyone know of any?

I don't understand why Hyundai does not recess this screen like the one above the steering wheel. Surely I am not the only person who has experienced this problem. I love my Genesis, but this hacks me off.

I have the same complaint. Even though my windows, including the windshield, are tinted I still get horrible glare in bright sunlight. But I love the car and I'll live with it.

My windows are tinted also; 65% on windshield, 15% on sides, and 4% on backglass, and I have no glare issues. Is it from the sunroof?

Not mine. I seldom open the sunroof.

Has anyone else had experience with NuShield?
